Mark Crees

Mark Crees is passionate about Charles Dickens and all aspects of literature.  Mark Crees’s essays and stories have appeared in the Times Literary Supplement, The Reader and The Threepenny Review. His Dickensian play – The Locksmith’s Wife – was taken on national tour by Cube Theatre in 2009; he has since been busy performing his one-man show, Dickens Out Loud. Mark is currently writing a play about D. H. Lawrence and is also passionate about ensuring the art of reading aloud both from books and poetry is kept alive for us all to enjoy!
